These lovely flower vases are hand-built from thin porcelain slabs and hand-decorated with underglaze and clear glossy glaze.

A vase with gold flowers was decorated with gold luster and fired in the kiln for the third time. Gold luster decorations need some extra care to stay nice and shiny for longer. Do not rub over the gold. For cleaning use soapy water and a soft cloth.

Although they look fragile, they are very strong due to the hi-fire process which makes porcelain hard, resistant, and lightweight.

Occasional marks and irregularities are what make each piece original and unique.

Made out of translucent English porcelain.
